Warranty conditions for Euro Air Products.

Euro Air A/S delivers products of the highest quality. We are proud to offer you the best warranty available within the industry.

The performance of Euro Air products in standard Polyester, standard Trevira CS or standard inject are guaranteed for a 10 year warranty period for the following points:

· Shrinkage guaranteed less than 1%*

· Performance & operation of zippers

· Permeability performance of a clean duct guaranteed to within ±10% of nominal value

· Non accidental tearing or ripping of material or seams

The warranty is invalid if one or more of the instructions in the Euro Air catalogue chapter 7 – “Maintenance and operational limits” is not followed. It is also a provision that the ducts must be washed a minimum of one time each year. Documentation for correct maintenance / operation must be available on request.

Euro Air will under no circumstances accept warranty claims which either directly or indirectly include:-

· Incorrect mounting

· Non approved washing methods

· Washing at wrong temperatures

· Damage caused by physical/ chemical influence

· Exposure from UV lighting

· General negligence

In addition to this the warranty does not cover any changes or fading of colours.

On our other EuroAir materials we still offer a 3 year warranty. On Polyester light weight material quality, glass fibre light weight material and Trevia CS light weight material quality we offer a 2 year warranty period. On plastic nozzles we offer a 5 year warranty period.

*Tumble drying and washing in excess of 40^oc can cause a higher value of shrinkage.
