Euro Air will now also offer live project support for TBV Designer via Skype for business if requested. If you struggle with a project in TBV Designer you can send the TBV file along with a request for live project support and together we can plan a live project support session.

You don’t need to have Skype for business installed to be able to have a live project support session because we will invite you to the session.

Please remember you can still just send the TBV Designer project file and ask for our support without requesting for a live project support session.

Live project support should be seen as an extra service and a way to get your support where you, eye to eye, can discuss the project and hopefully have the benefit of a Euro Air employee to speak with about the project at hand.

We will always search for ways to help increase your skills with fabric ducts and in TBV Designer with our partners to be able to work smarter not harder, so don’t hesitate to ask for support.
