What shapes of textile ducting do you supply?

We offer textile ducting in shapes of circle, semicircle, and quarter-circle, which easily adapt to various architectural requirements.

What are the main advantages of textile HVAC systems compared to traditional metal ducts?

Our textile ducting provides even air distribution, is made of lightweight material, and its installation is easy and intuitive. More information can be found here.

What materials are textile HVAC systems made from?

We manufacture from 100% polyester. Materials TCS, DFC-HT, antistatic TCS, and Nomex come from our own weaving mill. The only material we purchase is impermeable DFC-0 from a verified supplier from Italy.

How heavy is the ventilation based on textile?

Our materials weigh between 260 and 330 g/m2, which is approximately 20 times lighter than traditional sheet metal ducts.

What color options do you offer and is it possible to print a pattern on the textile ducting?

For each material, we offer a selection of several standard and special colors. We can also create any color according to RAL upon request or fabric printing. Details about methods and availability can be found on the page about weaving mill or in the current product availability leaflet.

Do Euro Air’s textile HVAC systems burn?

No, our textile ducting is certified for fire resistance and meets all safety standards.

How do I install textile HVAC systems?

Installation is very simple and quick. We offer solutions using ceiling rails, suspension rails, or cables. More information about mounting options can be found on the installations page.

Do you also manufacture ducting for air extraction?

No, we do not manufacture ducts for air extraction. Textile HVAC systems are designed to operate on the principle of positive pressure, which is necessary for their proper function. The textile material is not capable of maintaining the negative pressure needed for extraction.
