Sustainable Restaurant Pizza 4P's

Pizza 4P's is an award-winning restaurant group in Vietnam that is characterized by a deep commitment to local resources and sustainability, especially in terms of ingredients.
They produce their own cheese, herbs and vegetables and even started composting to recycle food waste. The restaurants combine the best of modern Vietnamese design with industrially designed premises, offering a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.
For their branch in Hai Phong, located inside the shopping mall, the designers faced a challenge.
They needed to figure out how to maintain the sustainable spirit of the brand in an environment where natural elements such as gardens cannot be integrated. So they decided to use recycled materials.
At the same time, they were also looking for an innovative solution for the ventilation system. Traditional steel ducts were not suitable due to their environmental impact.
And this is what made them decide on a solution from Euro Air, which is represented in Vietnam by distributor DK Engineering and offers a Cradle to Cradle certified textile air distribution system.
Euro Air's textile ducts met all their requirements - they are lightweight, adaptable and easy to install, providing an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional steel ducts.
The textile material also makes for a very nice aesthetic interior, replacing unsightly cables and pipes. What's more, textile outlets allow them to be installed very quickly and cost-effectively.
