February 18th is the 20th anniversary since Torben Rohde and Johnny Knudsen established the production facility in Varnsdorf, Czech Republic. They started with building everything from the scratch and then they took care of the manufacturing. In the beginning, it was a tiny production with less than 10 employees. Each of the employees knew each aspect of the textile ducting manufacturing process.
As time moved forward, production became more sophisticated and employees started to concentrate on just one section of production – cutting, sewing, or packaging. This helped to make production more efficient and faster.
Later on, some of the offices began to be based in the Czech Republic, and in 2011 Euro Air moved to a bigger facility so we can build bigger production. Nowadays, there are located production, logistics, HR, sales, marketing and partly purchasing departments in the Czech Republic.
Today Euro Air has 52 employees but we are constantly working on the development with the goal of future sustainable growth.
