DFC Perforation

Specially developed perforation of ducting for assurance of uniform air distribution.

We have developed perforations preventing air stripping in the direction of flow or formation of dead zones.

Thanks to this unique perforation, we can solve the most common problem encountered with typical textile ducting perforations.

Advanced technology, unique product

The perforation is based on an alternation of baffles and holes, which are cut into the fabric using the latest laser technology.

This unique alternation ensures that air will be distributed evenly. The baffles deliver air perpendicularly into the room, preventing entrainment.

The baffles and openings are highly durable, and during normal usage, it is impossible for them to be torn off or torn apart.

In our range, there are 3 perforation variants available, each in 3 different sizes. This way, we can meet the needs of every space.

DFC Comfort

For spaces with the highest comfort requirements.
Suitable solution for offices, schools, cafes, or laboratories.
Airflow velocity through perforation 7-20 m³/h/m at 60 Pa.
Suitable for ventilation, cooling, even over short distances, and heating.
Perforation can be applied in one or multiple rows.

DFC Induction

For spaces with medium comfort requirements.
Suitable for gyms, museums, shops, or cinemas.
Airflow velocity through perforation 17-90 m³/h/m at 120 Pa.
Suitable for ventilation, cooling, and heating.
Perforation can be applied in one or multiple rows.

DFC Long Throw

For spaces without comfort requirements.
Suitable for production halls, supermarkets, or logistics centers.
Airflow velocity through perforation 65-370 m³/h/m at 120 Pa.
Suitable for ventilation, cooling, and heating.
Perforation can be applied in one or multiple rows.
