The most common issue in ventilation design? Air that doesn’t go where it should.

Anyone who’s ever designed air distribution knows the problem—instead of flowing evenly, air clings to the duct surface. At the start of the system, you barely notice it. At the end, it’s too strong. Comfort is gone, performance too. And balancing? A never-ending compromise.

Not with DFC perforation.
This technology is based on a simple idea: air should flow straight into the room—not sideways, not diagonally, not unpredictably. A combination of precise perforation and directional flaps makes it happen.

Left: conventional perforation; Right: DFC perforation

The result? Air is delivered evenly, stably, and predictably—along the entire length. It flows exactly where it’s needed. And best of all: completely draft-free.

DFC perforations don't solve the little things. It solves what has been a problem for years in otherwise well-designed systems.

Laser, textile, and baffles.

Behind the DFC technology is thoughtful simplicity.

The air is directed exactly where you need it - perpendicular to the space. And that's thanks to a combination of laser-cut perforations and directional baffles that are directly part of the fabric.

The airflow direction isn’t adjusted on site—it’s pre-defined during production.
It doesn’t fluctuate with pressure, requires no tuning during operation, and needs no additional components.

When the duct itself knows where to guide the air, the design remains simple and the result stays precise.

One technology, three variations.

Whether you're designing for a quiet classroom or a hall with a 20-meter ceiling, the principle stays the same: air flows straight into the space, thanks to the alternating pattern of openings and baffles.

We offer three variants, differing in airflow rate, reach, and discharge dynamics. Everything else stays the same.

DFC Comfort

  • Low airflow / gentle discharge / maximum comfort
  • Air volume: 7–20 m³/h/m (at 60 Pa)
  • Ideal for: offices, schools, canteens, auditoriums, cinemas
  • Suitable for: ventilation, cooling, and short-range heating

DFC Induction

  • Medium airflow / higher discharge dynamics / medium comfort requirements
  • Air volume: 30–90 m³/h/m (at 120 Pa)
  • Ideal for: showrooms, exhibitions, museums, fitness centers, light industry
  • Suitable for: ventilation, cooling, and heating

DFC Long Throw

  • High airflow / extended reach / no comfort requirements
  • Air volume: 65–370 m³/h/m (at 120 Pa)
  • Air throw over 20 meters from the duct
  • Ideal for: warehouses, logistics centers, sports halls, industrial spaces
  • Suitable for: ventilation, cooling, and heating

Design smarter and faster.

HVAC Engineers know that the true quality of a design is revealed when the system starts running.

That’s where DFC perforation has a clear advantage—because it performs exactly as designed. Always perpendicular.

As a designer, you’ll appreciate:

  • Technical datasheets with detailed performance profiles

  • Precise airflow rates from 7 to 370 m³/h/m

  • Compatibility with hybrid or non-permeable systems

  • A system that does not condense, eliminating the need for insulation

  • Easy connection to various ducting types

  • Expert support that understands exactly what you need to know

Whether you're designing cooling for a school, draft-free ventilation for a canteen, or air supply for a warehouse, there’s always a high-performance DFC variant ready to fit your design.
