By choosing a textile based ventilation system from Euro Air, you get significantly shorter installation time compared to more conventional systems. Apart from a low weight of the textile material, our suspension systems are as standard delivered in 2-metre lengths easy to adjust and with quick overview of all parts. It is possible to save up to approx. 70% installation time with a textile duct compared to a steel duct solution and due to the lower weight, a textile system is well-suited for retrofit installations.

Depending on the type of solution required for the ventilation system, we offer a specified mounting system that fits the type of duct and the construction of the ceiling in the building.

Flexrail
When design and architectural layout is key, the Flexrail from Euro Air is the optimal solution. The Flexrail is mainly used for round ducts due to a stable construction of the rail with the possibility of mounting Textile ducts with a diameter of up to 1000 mm in one single row of rail.  The solution is also suitable for free hanging half round textile ducts suspended down from the ceiling. The installation is either done by using our EasyGliders or the Fasttrack suspension.

Wingrail
For installation of our half round and quarter round Textile ducts we recommend the Wingrail. This rail has a lower suspension height and is ideal for systems mounted directly against the ceiling. The installation of Wingrail is easy and used mainly with Fasttrack suspension, and by using the Euro Air end profile, you gain a fine aesthetic solution with a nice finish of the complete system.

Benefit by using any of the above rail types is that it is easier to install and take down the textile ducts for maintenance.

Wire
Due to the low weight of a Textile duct it is also possible to mount Euro Air round ducts on wire. Where aesthetic is not key and price more a factor you can choose wire with clips suspension for your Textile duct.

So, if the total installation cost is a critical parameter, and has high priority, choose textile ducts with one of the mentioned suspension types and save up to 70% installation time.
